People are often brainwashed into believing that to be healthy one needs to:

  • exercise every day

  • exercise vigorously, and for long sessions each time 

  • eat well all the time, never pig out or have a treat

  • never party or let your hair down


This is not necessarily true. If you are a dedicated sportsperson, sure, you will need to make some sacrifices, but for the average person who simply wants to be healthy, it really is not that difficult, and it is not necessary to be a fanatic. It’s simply a matter of outweighing your unhealthy habits, with healthy habits.

  1. Easyhealth Presentation

Can be a one hour presentation of three half hour presentations on or off site or as part of a conference. It can be tailored to suit your needs for example presenting during a lunch break. The presentation is entertaining (“infotainment”) with interactive activities. Topics include:

Exercise

  • How we are designed to be active

  • What kind of exercise is best

  • excuses and counter - excuses for not exercising

  • Benefits you can expect to receive from the doing the bare minimum of exercise

  • Over 60 fun aerobic activities (many recreational) to choose from

Nutrition

  • If get regular aerobic exercise you only need to eat well 75-80% of the time

  • You do not need to live on bean sprouts and lentils or tofu and seaweed- unless you want to

  • Ways to get in the habit of eating more fruit

  • The importance of breakfast

  • Ways to get in the habit of eating breakfast

  • Tips on the way to eat more vegetables

  • Easy tips on how to have wholefoods dominate your diet

Weight Loss

2. Waist Warriors Group Consultation

A one hour weight loss consultation for individuals and/ or small groups (up to 15) at advertised sites where participants get shown the healthy, most effective way to lose weight. They will have their current exercise pattern and diet habits analysed and a future plan put in place. 

The cost for a participant is $50 but they may bring a friend for free.

  • There really is no excuse for not doing the minimum amount of exercise on most weeks

  • Eating well is just not that hard

  • The healthy way to lose weight, no gadgets or gimmicks and no pills or potions.
